Exercise is only part of the equation to reaching your goals. What you feed your body is the most crucial component. For example, your body cannot run on limited carbohydrates; likewise, eating too many before a big event is a delicate practice.
There is a balance for adequately fueling your body. While I am not a registered dietitian, I am a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach and a Certified Weight Management Specialist focusing on a non-diet approach to proper nutrition. I have two (2) programs to offer clients looking to lose weight and reach new fitness or wellness goals.
